Six large pine trees were taken down on my property during the construction of my studio. This wood was air dried and used to build these solid pine handmade tables.

Again using American Shaker designs for inspiration I have combined a natural and painted finish. A colored water based stain was applied by hand to the tapered legs and rails which were then sealed with a water base top coat. The table top and drawer fronts were finished with a tung oil, linseed oil and urethane wipe-on mixture.
